CPAs holding Practising Certificates, CPA Firms and Corporate Practices can log in to the AFRC’s Online Application System for:
- annual renewal of practising certificates
- annual renewal of CPA Firm, Corporate Practice and PIE Auditor registrations; and
- application for registration as a Registered PIE Auditor.

Statement of Protocol
To facilitate the AFRC in discharging its statutory oversight duty effectively as the independent auditor regulator of Hong Kong, the AFRC signed a Revised Statement of Protocol on Oversight Arrangements with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The AFRC believes that the globalisation of financial markets and the increase in cross-border investment activities require greater levels of collaboration and mutual reliance among regulators. Over the years, the AFRC has been fostering effective collaborations with the following regulatory and professional bodies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas through signing Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with the aim of enhancing investor protection:
