FRC welcomes the Government’s reappointment of an NED

Financial Reporting Council ( FRC ) welcomes the Government’s reappointment of Mr Keith Lui Kei-kwong as a Non-Executive Director (NED) of the AFRC for a term of two years from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2024.

Mr Marek Grabowski, CEO of the FRC said, “On behalf of the Management team, I would like to congratulate Mr Lui on his reappointment. We look forward to working closely with him under the new regulatory regime commencing on 1 October 2022.”

Dr Kelvin Wong, Chairman of the FRC remarked, “The Board welcomes the reappointment of Mr Lui as an NED. Over the past two years, Mr Lui has been providing wise counsel and staunch support to the Board, particularly on the functions of inspection and oversight, policy and governance. Going forward, NEDs will continue working hand in hand to set visionary strategies for the AFRC and oversee the effective discharge of the expanded statutory functions by the Management team under the new regime.”
