Manager (Human Resources & Administration)
Responsibilities
Provide professional advice and consultative support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters, and partner with leaders to effectively manage the full employee lifecycle and people-related issues.
Lead the Learning & Development function, including identifying training needs, designing and implementing employee development initiatives, sourcing and managing external training providers, administering training budgets, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining training records.
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives through the design and delivery of wellness programmes, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, staff events, recognition programmes, internal communications, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and promote organisational culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including selection, offer management and onboarding.
Support other key HR operations, including rewards administration, HRMS maintenance, policy enhancement, HR data management, annual budgeting, analytics and reporting, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
Support the oversight of the office administration functions.
Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
At least 8 years’ post-qualification HR or learning & development experience.
Working experience in public organisation, regulator, or accounting / legal industry is preferred.
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; Strong knowledge of HR trends and legislation.
Knowledge in accounting and auditing trends is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proactive, responsible, independent, multitasking, organised, agile and able to meet tight deadlines.
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
