Administrator
Responsibilities
- Participate in the maintenance of the case management system of the Department.
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Department.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, minutes, business correspondence, presentations and management reports.
- Manage calendars, organise and coordinate meetings/conferences with internal and external parties.
- Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese processing and strong document formatting skills.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (written, spoken and typing skills).
- Experience in regulatory or professional bodies is a plus.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
